AT ECPS every child in Year 6 gets the chance to taken on a more developed role of responsibility and become one of our Ambassadors. We have Ambassadors for several areas chosen by the Headteacher as important areas of personal development which the children can then choose for themselves which group they want to be a part of.
Each group works independently with a little guidance from their allocated teacher who meets with them once a half term for updates and next steps. These roles develop children's independence, sense of responsibility and individual liberty and communication skills as well as encouraging them to think about how they can make a difference to their school, community and the world as active citizens.
