Assemblies
Assemblies are an important part of life at ECPS they are a time for us to come together to learn and reflect. Our assembly programme is carefully planned to ensure it supports the personal development of our children. The programme supplements the PSHE curriculum, teaches British Modern Values and is closely aligned to our school values of; resilience, respect and responsibility. It also allows some flexibility when needed to cover any key news items, emerging community themes and any extra support that is needed at a school level. Below, is our assembly timetable, our programme for the academic year 2025/26 and some of the slides from our most recent assemblies to enable parents and children to revisit the content and to give you a flavour of their content.
Our assembly timetable is as follows:
| Monday | Headteacher assembly KS2 - 10.45am / KS1 3.00pm |
| Tuesday | Collective worship in class |
| Wednesday | KS2 Singing assembly 10.45am |
| Thursday | Year 3-6 assembly 10.45 - Alternating - Mrs Parratt / Open the Book Team |
