Charity Ambassadors

For Red Nose Day, the Charity Ambassadors decided on what the school would be doing to raise money for this great cause. They interviewed classes and collected suggestions from their peers, worked out which ideas would be the most cost effective and raise the most money and then decided on a crazy hair day and joke competition. The crazy hair day went down a treat and they thoroughly enjoyed collecting the donations for the joke competition and selecting the winners!

This term, the ambassadors will be researching and planning a fundraising event for a charity of their choosing.

Well done to our Charity Ambassadors who have raised over £300 for the Royal British Legion by selling poppies and other items. They have worked tirelessly each break and even managed to completely sell out! Some of them also showed their respects to local residents when they took part in the Easingwold service and parade to commemorate Remembrance Sunday.
