Remembrance Assembly

We had our first whole school assembly in person for the first time in such a long time which, I'm sure can imagine, was quite an emotional event. We all gathered at the front of school in our bubbles to listen to a reading about the history of the poppy and then we observed the two-minute silence at 11am. Finally, we placed crosses that we had made in class on the hill to mark the event and for parents to see after school. It felt good to be together again commemorating such an important event. Thank you to all of our service families who continue to work so hard and make sacrifices.
